Refund policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than thermalmaster.com, may provide their own policies to you. Please contact them for further information. Please note that return and refund policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.  

 

Within 24 Hours: Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on thermalmaster.com

After 24 Hours (Unshipped): Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund 24 hours after the order is placed and before delivery has been made: 2.6% for Credit Card / 3.6% for PayPal

After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

1). If your order has been shipped and you want to return it, please collect the package first. Then contact our customer support at support@thermalmaster.com to receive detailed return instructions.

2). Please note that a double shipping fee may be deducted from the original payment if you reject the shipments.

 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Eligibility & Conditions:

Personal Use Only: Not applicable to commercial/bulk purchase orders.

Condition: Items must be in brand-new condition, including all accessories and original packaging.

Refund Limit: Refunds are limited to the total amount actually paid.

Compatibility: Returns due to compatibility issues are not accepted. Please verify device support before purchasing.

Non-Quality Returns: For returns not related to quality issues, only the product price will be refunded (shipping/fees are excluded).

 

Please contact Thermal Master Support to start your return by providing the reason, proof of purchase (invoice/screenshot), and visual evidence (photos/videos) for any defects.

We will respond within 1-2 business days with detailed instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

To ensure timely processing:

-Please make sure all components are included in the package
-Please notify us immediately after shipping with the following:

   • Carrier Name (e.g., UPS, FedEx)
   • Tracking Number

 

Refunds will be issued once the returned item reaches our warehouse and will be processed via your original payment method within 3-7 business days. We will notify you via email as soon as the refund is complete.

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days, please double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@thermalmaster.com.

 

We strive to provide high-quality products. However, as with all electronics, occasional faults may occur. We offer a full one-year warranty on all products.

If you believe your product has a quality-related defect, please contact us at support@thermalmaster.com. We will respond promptly and assess the issue. Products confirmed to have a defect within 12 months of purchase will be replaced.

Once we receive a product suspected of a defect, we will inspect it and contact you within 1–3 business days. If the issue is covered under the Thermal Master warranty, we will repair or replace the product free of charge and cover return shipping. Processing times may vary.

If the product is not covered under warranty, we will contact you to discuss repair or replacement options at an additional cost.

Please note that the following will void the warranty (including but not limited to):
• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or misuse.
• Damage due to wear and tear, theft, or loss.
• Damage caused by tampering or use of third-party accessories.
• Use not in accordance with product instructions.
