II. NV Product Privacy Policy (Apps & Devices)

1. Scope
This section applies specifically to NV applications, platforms, and devices (such as NV2 handheld thermal cameras).

2. Data We Collect

Contact information when users reach customer support.

Device information: OS version, memory, running status, UDID, etc.

Video/image data captured by NV devices (only processed with consent, used for preview, alarms, analysis).

WLAN/device connection data when pairing NV devices.

3. How Data Is Stored

NV does not store your personal data on company servers.

Data generated by NV usage is stored on your terminal device.

4. How We Use Data

To provide real-time video preview, abnormal scene detection, alarm generation.

To improve and upgrade NV applications.
