Shipping and Refund Terms
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
We are confident that you will love our products! However, if you believe a product does not function as described or demonstrated, and you have already opened it, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee—provided that you have followed all correct usage instructions and contacted our customer care team first.
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt, except for non-refundable business purchase orders. The refund process will begin once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
• We will cover the return shipping costs. A valid return receipt must be provided.
• For returns not related to quality issues, only the product cost will be refunded.
• Items must be in new condition, including all accessories and original packaging.
• Refunds are limited to the total amount paid.
• We do not accept returns or refunds for products purchased from third-party retailers. If you bought from a retailer, please refer to their return policy.
• Refunds are not provided for compatibility issues. Please review the compatibility information carefully to ensure your device is supported.
• Returns may be rejected if the items do not meet the above requirements.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the product is shipped or produced. If cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
How to Return an Item
Please contact Thermal Master customer support to initiate a return. Provide the reason for return and an invoice or order confirmation screenshot. Basic evidence of defects (e.g., videos or images) may be required.
We will share the return address within 24 business hours.
To ensure timely processing, please notify us with the following information once the return is shipped:
• Courier name
• Tracking number
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as refund processing may take time.

Warranty for Quality-Related Issues
We strive to provide high-quality products. However, as with all electronics, occasional faults may occur. We offer a full one-year warranty on all products.
If you believe your product has a quality-related defect, please contact us at support@thermalmaster.com. We will respond promptly and assess the issue. Products confirmed to have a defect within 12 months of purchase will be replaced.
Once we receive a product suspected of a defect, we will inspect it and contact you within 1–3 business days. If the issue is covered under the Thermal Master warranty, we will repair or replace the product free of charge and cover return shipping. Processing times may vary.
If the product is not covered under warranty, we will contact you to discuss repair or replacement options at an additional cost.
Please note that the following will void the warranty (including but not limited to):
• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or misuse.
• Damage due to wear and tear, theft, or loss.
• Damage caused by tampering or use of third-party accessories.
• Use not in accordance with product instructions.
Returning Your Item
Email us at support@thermalmaster.com with a detailed description of the issue. Please allow 1–2 business days for a response. We will provide specific return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method to protect against loss or damage during transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged due to untracked or uninsured shipping.
