I was unable to get this to work with my Samsung S21 Ultra. I went to Verizon and they were also unable to get it to work. I plugged it into my wife's phone and the camera works great.
I had high hopes based on reviews I had read, but I’ve been dissatisfied with too many products recently so my expectations were low. I’m happy to report that this product is exactly as reviewed by others and exactly as advertised. It works. My only concern is that it runs the phone battery down fairly quickly. But hey, you can’t win them all!
Small, light and surprisingly accurate readings. Accidentally downloaded the "Thermal Master" app initially, instead of the recommended "Temp Master" app (same logo...), but I'll be keeping both installed. Neither app is perfect, but between the two of them I get everything I need from a thermal camera.

P2 Pro has a temperature measurement range of -4°F to 1112°F. When observing objects exceeding the upper temperature limit, the thermal imager will issue a burn warning.
Can the P2 Pro inspect circuit boards? How large of an electronic component failure can it detect?
P2 Pro has a dedicated macro lens, allowing it to inspect 0.25mm resistors.
Does the P2 Pro need to be charged? How long does the battery last?
P2 Pro doesn't need to be charged separately. When connected to a smartphone or tablet, the device will power the P2 Pro. With a power consumption of only 0.33W, it can operate for 5-7 hours on a 3000-5000mAh phone.
Can the P2 Pro zoom in and out?
P2 Pro supports 15x zoom. You can achieve 1-15x zoom by sliding two fingers on the screen.
