Platform: Thermal Master Online, Amazon, Aliexpress, Temu, eBay, Lazada, Shopee, or other platform.

Order lD: You can find you order ID in the order history of the account, through which your purchase was made.

SN Serial Number: the SN serial Number can be found on the packing box of the product, but does not appear on main body of the product. It will appear as below examples.

(1) For Phone Thermal Camera models, serial number appears as SN: P200013F19468722; SN:P3025043DF052300017; SN:XT94B-HFNJ1093; SN: X1525015XE102300059; SN: X3E16366105; SN: M200026E22479767;

(2) For Handheld Thermal Camera models: serial number appears as SN:CB5125034;

(3) For Vehicle Thermal Camera models: serial number appears as SN:1A01800030CB4390019;

Proof of purchase: if you have bought Thermal Master's products off-line, from stores, you’ll need to upload proof of purchase, including tickets, vouchers, shopping receipts etc.

You'll be required to indicate the date of purchase, product name and store. You can also note the information in the remarks-bar. We'll verify it ASAP.
