You will receive a 5% cash back reward 30 days after your referred friend’s order has been delivered, provided the order has not been canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, or charged back during that period.

There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer or the amount of referral rewards you can earn. However, each referred customer can only generate one qualifying referral reward.
A successful referral must meet all of the following requirements:
• The customer is a new Thermal Master customer.
• The customer uses your referral link before purchasing.
• The customer completes their first qualifying order.
• The order is successfully attributed to your referral link.
• The order is not canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, or charged back.
No. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Orders placed by yourself, duplicate accounts, household members, or accounts under your control may be disqualified.
No. A referred customer may only be associated with one referral link. If multiple referral links are used, only one referral relationship can be recognized.
Please verify the following information:
• Your friend used your referral link.
• Your friend did not have a Thermal Master account before your referral.
• This was your friend’s first order after registering through your referral link.
• The referred customer’s order has been delivered for at least 30 days.
• Please check your referral account to confirm whether the reward has already been credited.

Please ensure your friend opens the referral link directly, accepts cookies, and completes checkout in the same browsing session. Previously registered customers may not qualify for referral rewards.
You can submit a payout request 30 days after your referred friend's order has been delivered, provided that the order has not been canceled, refunded, returned, charged back, or become subject to any dispute. Once these conditions are met and your commission balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, please submit your payout request to support@thermalmaster.com.
