The hardware is excellent - big improvement over P2. Expect a long delay between order and shipment and sometimes you might get a big gap in communications/not receive a response from the supplier when asking about delivery and shipment timelines. Once received, the issue is with the Temp Master app on the phone. Connection time to the device can be slow/awkward/requires an app kill and relaunch to work. Once it does work, the resolution is excellent and the usability is fantastic. Highly recommend only purchasing the camera connection type that is appropriate for your device. While an adapter will be included, if you use it, the connection to the camera is very unstable and becomes a usability nightmare - I ended up upgrading from the P2 to P3 for this reason.
